The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Thanks for the comment on IRT Beast. I like this "Tied Together" painting Toni. You should run a Google on National Geographic "Human Family Tree" as there are many things in science now that are known that we suspected a few years ago but are fact now--some things that may "blow your mind". For instance... we ALL originate from the Sans Tribe in Africa. All humans on Earth are "African" in origination. Also something else that bears on your painting is that our appearances as far as skin color, etc. are lousy indicators of our true genetic make up. A person can have "black" skin and be more European than someone with "white" skin... and vice versa. We are actually ALL the same person and there is NO scientific basis for race--it is a concept of man designed to divide people.
